We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to join our cross-functional mobile product team. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on workflow optimization, mobile release management, and data-driven delivery.
Project Overview
You will drive the execution of a high-impact mobile platform, bridging the gap between complex product requirements and technical implementation. Your goal is to ensure predictable delivery for a multi-disciplinary squad of iOS, Android, and Data Engineers.
About the Role
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will act as the engine of the team, optimizing delivery pipelines and protecting the squad from external distractions. You will partner with Product Managers to refine backlogs and manage dependencies across front-end mobile development and back-end data pipelines.

Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), iOS, Android, TestFlight, Google Play Console, Data Pipelines, Analytics Tracking Events, CI/CD Release Pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead high-efficiency Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives to maintain a high-performing team culture.
- Optimize Workflows: Manage and configure Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) boards to ensure absolute transparency of task statuses, blockers, and ownership.
- Bridge Product and Tech: Translate product requirements into actionable User Stories, ensuring they meet a strict Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Manage Mobile Releases: Coordinate complex release cycles through TestFlight and Google Play Console, ensuring smooth submission processes.
- Unblock Execution: Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, such as API contract delays or environment issues, while mapping dependencies for Data Engineers.
- Track Delivery Metrics: Utilize velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow data to provide accurate forecasting for the E2E Delivery Manager.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a mobile software development environment.
- Proven track record managing squads that include Data Engineers and understanding data-specific workflows (pipelines and tracking events).
- Advanced administrative mastery of Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including iOS/Android release cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical roadblocks for non-technical stakeholders.
