Datenschutzrichtlinie

§1. Allgemeine Bestimmungen

1. Der Datenadministrator ist die SKM Group Mateusz Kopacz mit Hauptsitz in der ul. Wadowicka 7 30-347 Krakau, EU-USt ID (NIP): PL8722200617, REGON: 243312100, Kontakt: +48 510 591 095 / office@skmgp.com. Der Datenschutz erfolgt gemäß den Anforderungen des allgemein geltenden Rechts und die Speicherung erfolgt auf gesicherten Servern.
2. Zur Interpretation der Begriffe wird ein Glossar der Bestimmungen verwendet oder wie in der Datenschutzrichtlinie beschrieben (falls es sich direkt aus der Beschreibung ergibt).
3. Zum besseren Verständnis der Datenschutzrichtlinie wurde der Begriff „Nutzer“ durch den Begriff „Sie“, „Administrator“ — „Wir“ ersetzt. Der Begriff „'DSGVO'“ — Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 27. April 2016 zum Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten, zum freien Datenverkehr und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 95/46/EG.
4. Die im Formular auf der Website angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten werden vertraulich behandelt und sind für Unbefugte nicht sichtbar.

§2. Datenadministrator

5. Der Dienstleister ist der Datenadministrator seiner Kunden. Das heißt, wenn Sie eine Anfrage über das Kontaktformular gesendet haben, verarbeiten wir Ihre Daten in der folgenden Reihenfolge: Name, Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, IP-Adresse.
6. Der Dienstanbieter ist auch der Administrator der Personen, die den Newsletter abonniert haben.
7. Personenbezogene Daten werden verarbeitet:
   a) in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
   b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
   c) for the purpose and scope necessary to establish, shape the contents of the Agreement, change or resolve it and properly implement the Services provided electronically,
   d) to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
   e) to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if you subscribed to the newsletter
8. Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.
9. 10. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of your consent only in the scope of the need to redress action in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
11. The Service Provider has the right to share personal data of the User and their other data with authorized bodies based on the relevant legal regulations (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
12. The removal of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
13. The Service Provider does not share personal data with bodies other than those authorized based on the relevant legal regulations.
14. Personal data is processed only by bodies authorized by us or by the processor with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookies

15. Die Website skmgp.com verwendet Cookies. Dies sind kleine Textdateien, die vom Webserver gesendet und von der Computersoftware des Browsers gespeichert werden. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, is collected only in places where the user actively consented to it by completing the form. The data above is retained and used only for the needs necessary for particular service.
