Senior .NET Developer

What You’ll Do

• Take an active role in shaping architecture, technical direction, and implementation decisions
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using modern .NET technologies
• Work closely with Project Managers and clients to understand requirements and propose effective solutions
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Support production systems by analyzing issues, troubleshooting, and improving reliability
• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to strong engineering standards
• Work independently while collaborating closely within a distributed, team-oriented setup

What You Need

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a .NET Developer / Backend Engineer
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and API design
• Solid experience with Entity Framework and relational databases (SQL)
• Good understanding of backend architecture, dependency injection, and common design patterns
• Experience with testing (unit and integration) and a quality-focused mindset
• Familiarity with cloud environments (ideally Azure) and modern deployment practices
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership
• A pragmatic mindset, strong collaboration skills and used to work in Agile and distributed teams
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
• Good communication skills and solid English proficiency
