THE CHALLENGE
The client needed a new website that performed several key functions. The website had to present the brand's offer clearly and in an elegant style, both in the form of pictures and videos. The site was also supposed to allow for simple, independent publishing of information about new products and upcoming industry events. The website was also supposed to be fully integrated with the CRM system used by the brand, which manages the service of its key business partners.
THE SOLUTION
To create the website, we used the Azure platform and Umbraco CMS as the content management system. As a technology partner of XO CARE, we provided a perfect back-end integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM used by the company.
THE RESULTS
We fulfilled our objectives 100%. The front-end in crisp, black-and-white aesthetics allows for maximum expression of product photos and videos. The content is perfectly legible and presented in a layout that is intuitive for readers. The partner zone allows the brand’s customers to log on to the intranet for technical support and, among other things, to send warranty forms directly to the manufacturer.
The collaboration with XO CARE was comprehensive and covered the full development cycle of a modern digital platform. The technology partner was responsible for designing the visual layer and user experience (UX/UI Design) and executed all development work, both on the client-facing side (Front-end development) and in the area of advanced system logic (Back-end development).
The project utilized the Umbraco CMS content management system and the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. As a technology partner, the implementation team provided seamless back-end integration with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system used by XO CARE to service its key business partners.
All objectives set for the project were fulfilled 100%. The new platform successfully combined an elegant and legible presentation of the product offer with an advanced technical background, creating an intuitive space that effectively supports the management and service of the company's key business partners.
