Our task was to modernise the online shop, improving the user experience. An important part of our work was adapting the site for mobile devices, making the shop fully responsive, as well as optimising the site for SEO.
After familiarising ourselves with the functionalities of the ASP.NET MVC-based shop and taking into account the client's requirements, we began our work by creating a responsive version, which was previously not available. The next step was to analyse the shop's SEO and propose basic changes to improve its positioning. The work is ongoing with new functionality being added and SEO coninuously being optimised.
We successfully created a responsive version of the website and implemented modifications related to SEO. One of the many changes made was the addition of a re-ordering function. It is a major convenience for wholesale customers placing large repeat orders, eliminating the need to add products to the basket one by one.
