Due to an extensive international sales network and the use of diverse sales channels, the client uses the Plentymarkets multiplatform. SKM Group’s task was to integrate this platform with the company’s ERP system in order to automate data transfer and conversion.
Using Azure Service Bus technology we completely integrated Plentymarkets with the ERP used by Mercator Medical – Microsoft Dynamics AX – from the ground up. We also created a dedicated sales data conversion system to maximally automate the process of transferring data between these platforms.
Thanks to the introduced solutions, data collected from all sales channels supported by Plentymarkets application is transferred automatically and in real time to the client’s ERP. This allows for a very efficient handling of international sales and distribution networks in terms of order control, invoicing and product shipment.
