Previous tools for managing excise records were not very flexible and lacked proper process automation. Excise advisors needed an application that would allow them to securely and efficiently manage clients, excise goods, and warehouse operations. The challenge was to create an intuitive system capable of handling complex excise processes while providing quick access to data and generating reports compliant with legal requirements.
We designed and implemented an online platform, accessible after login, that enables excise advisors to comprehensively manage excise records. System administrators can add clients, assign records to them, and define a catalog of excise goods with corresponding indexes, units, and rates.
The system allows users to enter excise operations, automatically calculate warehouse stock levels, and track the flow of goods. For larger data volumes, it supports periodic data retrieval from an FTP server, as well as exporting reports on entries and warehouse balances.
The interface was designed with clarity and ease of use in mind, significantly simplifying the advisors’ daily work.
The new application has significantly improved the process of managing excise records. Users have gained a tool that enables comprehensive handling of excise data in one place — from adding products and contractors to reporting warehouse stock levels.
The system has automated many time-consuming processes, minimized the risk of errors, and increased the efficiency of advisors’ work. Thanks to its modern architecture based on .NET technology, the application is stable, scalable, and ready to evolve further in line with the client’s needs.
