The challenge

Registering for a camp should be exciting, not exhausting. The previous system was unintuitive and outdated, causing user frustration that damaged the brand's perception. Parents faced a tedious process with redundant fields and no mobile support. The lack of clear communication regarding payment status led to confusion and an influx of support tickets that the client’s team struggled to manage.

The Solution

In response to Soccer Skills’ needs, we designed and implemented a brand-new booking system from the ground up, combining functionality with ease of use. We optimized the entire process by reducing the number of steps required to complete a booking and added a guest checkout option. The system was integrated with the Przelewy24 payment gateway, enabling both installment and deposit payments. We introduced automated emails with order status updates, payment reminders, and the ability to download attachments. The entire solution was prepared in two language versions – Polish and English.

The Results

We delivered a modern, mobile-first solution that puts the user experience front and center. The redesigned interface guides parents effortlessly through selection to payment, ensuring clarity at every step. Features like automated attachments and bilingual support (PL/EN) provide immediate reassurance to customers. The result is a seamless, frustration-free booking journey that significantly improved customer satisfaction scores and reduced support inquiries.
